- GHL’s systems are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres located in the United States.
- Customer account data, contacts, conversations, automations, and media processed via GHL may be stored on these servers.
Security and compliance
- AWS provides industry‑standard security and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- GHL uses encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (e.g., AES‑256).
- Receptify continues to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) when handling personal information.
